A Culture Center in Dusti district, Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan has hosted a presentation of the book authored by President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov “Turkmenistan – the Heart of the Silk Road”. President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the country’s Armed Forces Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Ukase “On pardoning the convicted persons on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence”, releasing the pardoned Turkmen citizens from further enduring the primary custodial sanction, as well as from additional punishment as placing of the particular area detention duty.

In Turkmenistan, an international exhibition and scientific conference ""Education and Sport in the Epoch of Might and Happiness"" will be held on November 9-10 this year.
