On 4 September 2026, a telephone conversation was held between President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan»:

Mass sowing of winter wheat began in Turkmenistan on September 2. As previously reported, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov adjusted the start date for sowing during the regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting held on August 28.  

On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Haakon VIII of Norway on the occasion of his accession to the throne.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President To Lam of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of the national holiday – Independence Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Today, with participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov new complexes of buildings of Turkmen state institute of architecture and construction and Turkmen state teachers training institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi were solemnly opened and commissioned into operation.
