In order to reward young performers who distinguished themselves with their talents at the competition «Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri», held this year, declared «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged horses», on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

At the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on 28 August, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved 9 September as the start date of the “white harvest.” With the blessing of the Head of State, farmers in all the velayats of the country began harvesting cotton simultaneously on that day.
