A special issue of the quarterly magazine ECO Heritage, published by the Institute of Culture of the Economic Cooperation Organization, has been published to mark the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30^th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality. It contains articles devoted to important events in the political and cultural life of our country during this significant year, the importance of the legally neutral status of the Motherland, which was unanimously recognized three times at the international level, the development of friendly, fraternal bilateral and multilateral partnerships, as well as the rich national heritage of the Turkmen people.

Considering the intensity of traffic on the streets of the capital, we inform you that during the celebration of the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, namely from 8^th to 12^th of December, traffic on Garashsyzlyk Avenue, Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue, and Turkmenbashy Avenue will be temporarily restricted.

Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, at which results of work of military and law enforcement bodies for eleven months of the current year were considered.
