Today, many buildings have been identified as architectural monuments. Articles, entitled “Turkmenistan and the Energy Charter” and “Energy audit of a building – a decision-making instrument”, look at continuous and reliable natural gas and power supplies to domestic consumers, and exports of energy resources to other countries. The section “Theory” offers an article on the impact of climate on architecture, the influence of national identity on building activity at different times. Another article “Design – the central core of a building project” explains the requirements specified by “Building regulations of Turkmenistan” for designers, and describes the entire cycle of works – from pre-project documentation collection to onsite architectural supervision.
