Today, the spring tree planting season has started in the city of Arkadag, as well as throughout the country. Vice President for medical activities of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Oguljahan Atabayeva took part in the noble event held in the city of Arkadag, built on the basis of advanced technologies.

On March 20, 2025, in the city of Arkadag, a meeting was held between the Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, O.Atabayeva and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Turkmenistan Elizabeth Rood.

Today, a ceremony was held here to award the Certificate of Excellence of Hangzhou Dianzi University of the People's Republic of China to the «smart» city of Arkadag as an outstanding green, environmentally friendly city. This became another sign of international recognition of the architectural solution and favorable environmental level of the new city, founded on the initiative of Hero Arkadag.

Today, in the hall of celebrations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry the festive event devoted to International Women's Day widely marked in Turkmenistan in honour of dear daughters of our independent fatherland was held.

Today, in the capital, solemn events were held dedicated to International Women's Day, widely celebrated in our country. As part of these events, by order of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, ceremonies were held to honor mothers who gave birth to and raised eight or more children, who were awarded the honorary title "Ene mähri" in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, and keys to comfortable apartments were handed over to large families.

Today, Vice-President for medical activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Children in Need of Care Oguljahan Atabayeva discussed the course of the work carried out in the Children's Health and Rehabilitation Centre named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, located in the new city with corresponding authorities.

The final round of the “Woman of the Year” competition, organized by the Central Council of the Women’s Union of Turkmenistan on the eve of International Women’s Day, was held in the capital’s Center of Public Organizations.

On February 18, 2025, an international scientific conference entitled “International Year of Peace and Trust: The Role of Diplomacy in Strengthening International Relations” on the occasion of the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
