New living estate is to be built in the southern part of Gurbansoltan-eje Avenue on the territory of 27.2 hectares. According to the project, 30 four-storey 24-apartment buildings for 480 families, the kindergarten for 160 kids, the school for 720 children, two multi-level car parking and seven shopping centres will be built there. The project is planned to be completed within 5 years.

Scientific and Clinical Centre of Mother and Child Health held 4-day seminar “Early Child Development and Early Intervention”, which was organized by the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry. Expert of the World Health Organization, Turkmen medics, practicing paediatricians and scientists specialized in this sphere took part in the forum.
