Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on assigning the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Gayypov Y.A.
In order to further increase cotton production volumes based on the rational use of land, water, agricultural machinery and mineral fertilisers, high-quality implementation of agricultural measures in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. To dismiss Batyr Taganovich Atdayev from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan as having failed to fulfill the duties assigned to him.
To appoint the Chairman of the Board of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, Nokerguly Hojagulyyevich Atagulyyev, as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan with a probationary period of 6 months.
To dismiss Gochmollayev Begench Hojagulyyevich from the post of Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan for serious shortcomings committed in his work.
To assign the Deputy Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, Kerimberdi Aydogdyyevich Gurbanov, the temporary duties of the Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.
In accordance with Articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:
