In order to further improve the powerful state of circus art of independent neutral Turkmenistan in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch, support the development of circus activities, as well as in accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan «On Culture» and «On Circus and Circus Art», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the procedure and conditions assigning the legal status «National» to state circuses and individual professional creative circus groups.
