The New Year celebrations, held under the motto «Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses», which took place in the city of Arkadag, were full of joyful moments.

Today, our people inspired with bright hopes and kind wishes meet the New Year 2026, which marks the opening of one more important page of the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent warm congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Mario Díaz-Canel Bermúdez on the occasion of national holiday of the country, Liberation Day.

On 30 December 2025, a telephone conversation was held between the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko.

Today, on the eve of the New Year proclaimed as “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” a festive celebration was held at the “Maslahat köşgi” Palace, built in accordance with modern principles of national architecture.

In order to further increase cotton production through the rational use of land, water, agricultural machinery, and mineral fertilisers, and to implement high-quality agricultural practices in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
