In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state in an independent neutral Fatherland, a huge amount of work is being successfully carried out in the interests of the country and the people. The domestic healthcare system and medical industry are developing at a high pace. The ongoing large-scale activities to bring this area to the level of the advanced countries of the world have received recognition from the international community. The contribution of medical workers to these achievements has been great.
Based on the age-old humanistic traditions and principles of the Turkmen people, based on friendly, fraternal and good neighbourly relations, as well as in order to continue the noble humanitarian activities of providing, with the assistance of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people, firstly turn to the children of Afghanistan, in connection with the earthquake that occurred on the 7th of October, 2023 in the Afghan province of Herat, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, according to which in October 2023 the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Textile Industry, as well as the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs are ordered to donate appropriate medicines and medical supplies, food and textile products to the Afghan side free of charge as humanitarian aid.
In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028, the socio-economic development of the regions, further improving the standard of living of the people, as well as the implementation of the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan №473 dated to the 7th of March, 2023 «On the implementation the second stage of construction of the city of Arkadag» the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan to enter into contracts with local construction enterprises for the design and construction of objects and structures in the city of Arkadag with the improvement of adjacent territories.
For great personal contribution to strengthening independence and sovereignty, strengthening defense capability, protecting the territorial integrity of neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring security, public order, legality, exemplary fulfillment of official obligations and achieving high results in combat training, taking into account many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Fatherland, courageous people , conscientious and exemplary work, special services to the state and society, great successes in fruitful state and public work, as well as on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree, according to which the group military personnel and employees of military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan were awarded medals of Turkmenistan.
By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Abdyllaev Meretdurdy Baymyradovich was appointed Consul of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Aktau).
With a view of building the export capacity of the country in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, development of market relations as well as perfection of activity of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution according to which, the structure of the central office of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was approved.

On awarding the President of Turkmenistan Berdimuhamedov Serdar Gurbangulyevich the title of Hero of Turkmenistan
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of Turkmen society and every family, and on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On the pardon of convicted on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan», freeing the pardoned citizens of our country from further serving the main sentence of imprisonment, as well as from the additional punishment of being required to live in a certain area.
