In order to successfully implement the tasks defined in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» and further improve the social conditions and social security of the population in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, I decide:

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Aymyrat Bayrammyradovich Gochmyradov was dismissed from the post of the Consul General of Turkmenistan in Afghanistan (Herat city) in connection with the transition to another job.

To appoint Babaniyazov Charygeldi Gurbangeldievich minister of protection of environment of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Volsakhatov Batyr Seytgeldiyevich chairman of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

To release colonel Volsakhatov Batyr Seytgeldiyevich from the position of chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan in connection with his transfer to other position.

To appoint Gochmyradov Aymyrat Bayrammyradovich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Tajikistan (city of Dushanbe).

To release Gurbanov Yazmuhammet from the position of khyakim of Akhal velayat for serious shortcomings made at his position.

To release Mammedov Yazguly Ovezgylyjovich from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Uzbekistan ( Tashkent city) in connection with his transfer to other position.

To release Muradov Dovletmyrat Jorayevich from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Georgia (Tbilisi city) in connection with his transfer to other position.

To release Nazarmyradov Nazarmyrat Geldimyradovich from the position of khyakim of Dashoguz velayat in connection with his transfer to other position.
