In accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, I decree:

to assign the military rank of Colonel to the Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, Lieutenant Colonel Sazakov Amanmuhammet Shyhgulyyevich.
