President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to the President of the Republic of India Ms. Draupadi Murmu and the Prime Minister of the Republic of India Narendra Modi in connection with the tragic incident - a stampede at a religious event in the state of Uttar Pradesh of the Republic of India, which led to numerous casualties and injuries.

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, the head of state conveyed words of deep sympathy and support at this difficult moment to the families, relatives and friends of the victims and wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
