Under the wise leadership of deeply esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State in our country large-scale, long-term programs aimed at strengthening a basis of statehood, further increase in the economic power, well-being of people, achievement of high boundaries in development of our fatherland are successfully realised.

For the purpose of further development of municipal economy of Arkadag city, creation of optimum conditions in the sphere of organization and management as well as considering presentation of the khyakimlik of Arkadag city, according to the Law of Turkmenistan «On the procedure for resolving matters of administrative-territorial division of Turkmenistan», the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decides:

1. To allot 102 hectares from the land of Gokdepe etrap of Akhal velayat and 17 hectares from the land of Ashgabat to the administrative territory of Arkadag city according to the layout of the annexe to the present Resolution.

2. Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan together with the khyakimlik of Arkadag city in accordance with established procedure shall to describe the administrative-territorial boundary of Arkadag city.
