In order to successfully accomplish the tasks set before the country’s oil and gas industry in the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to implement in the current year the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, declared «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged horses», historical activities to develop national democratic principles, relying on the centuries-old practice of courageous ancestors in governing the state, ensuring the broad participation of representatives of the public in resolving important issues of state and public life, based on the principles of statehood and the rule of law, continuing the path of glorious ancestors and following their wise precepts, creative improvement of achievements in strengthening the unity and cohesion of society, as well as the organised holding of a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan - the highest representative body representing the interests of the people of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan resolves:
In order to hold a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan in a solemn atmosphere and at a highly organised level on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan resolves:
To relieve Gurbangeldi Garlyyevich Garlyyev of his duties as Chairman of the State Corporation "Türkmengeologiýa" in connection with his transfer to another position.
To relieve Atageldi Ashyrovich Shamyradov of his duties as Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan due to serious shortcomings in his work.
To appoint Gurbanmyrat Shykhmyradovich Myradalyev as Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan with a six-month probationary period, relieving him of his duties as Deputy Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan.
To relieve Artykguly Hojageldiyevich Hojaberdiyev of his duties as Editor-in-Chief of the “Nesil” newspaper due to serious shortcomings in his work.
To appoint Hallygozel Hangeldiyevna Shanazarova as Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper “Nesil” with a probationary period of six months.
To relieve Durdy Meymanovich Genjiyev, Chairman of the State Committee of Water Sector of Turkmenistan, of his duties as hyakim of the Lebap velayat.
To appoint Hojamyrat Ashyrmyradov as hyakim of the Lebap velayat, relieving him of his duties as hyakim of the Balkan velayat.
