For great achievements in the proper care of Alabai dogs, which are an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, their cultivation and breeding based on modern achievements of world science, increasing their worldwide fame, popularising the best traditions of the national school of dog breeding, taking into account conscientious and exemplary work over many years, and also on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day, I decree:
In order to reward the winner of the international competition among Turkmen Alabai dogs «Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy», held in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state in our country annually in October on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order.
In order to successfully address the challenges facing oil and gas industry of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree ordering the modernisation of the material and technical base of the State concern «Türkmengaz».
In order to build roads and bridges, as well as modernise and them in accordance with the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to comprehensively develop the agricultural sector and significantly strengthen its material and technical base, maintain food security of the country, increase labour productivity in the agricultural sector and food industry, and introduce new innovative technologies for waste-free and comprehensive processing of raw materials in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to identify, select and encourage talented creative figures who, through their excellent works, reflect the large-scale great reforms currently being successfully carried out in the country, the 36th anniversary of sacred independence and the historical significance of permanent neutrality, the high world fame of the Fatherland, our national cultural heritage and original values, as well as with the aim of enriching Turkmen literature with major works and further developing national art,
In our independent neutral Fatherland, the state attaches great importance to the development of horse breeding and equestrian sports. Large-scale measures are being implemented to increase the worldwide fame of the «paradisial» Ahal-teke horses, which are the standard of beauty and perfection, to expand international cooperation in this area, and to exchange mutually beneficial experiences.
For outstanding achievements in breeding these «paradisial» horses – the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people – increasing their numbers and enhancing their worldwide fame, preserving the purity of the Ahal-teke breed, and also in recognition of many years of conscientious and exemplary work and professional excellence, I decree:
In order to successfully implement the tasks facing the International Ahal-teke horse association, further popularise and enhance the worldwide fame of Ahal-teke horses, and develop the Turkmen art of horse breeding at the international level, the President of Turkmenistan, President of the International Ahal-teke horse association, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a Resolution.
