Today, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the city of Arkadag, which has become a visible confirmation of the harmonious development of the traditions of national architecture in the modern era. The Hero Arkadag got acquainted with the projects of various objects being erected on the territory of the new city, and held a working meeting with the participation of the relevant leaders.

At present time, due to the consistent efforts of the President of Turkmenistan and Hero Arkadag, high goals are being achieved in the life of our country, confidently moving towards new heights of progress. In this regard, it is gratifying to note that the work carried out in the city of Arkadag is conducted in accordance with modern requirements.

In the morning, Hero-Arkadag arrived in the city of Arkadag. As is known, the construction of the second stage of the city of Arkadag continues at a rapid pace. Hero-Arkadag noted that the work carried out on the territory of the new city must be carried out properly, and the structures installed here must meet modern requirements in the field of architecture, great importance should be given to the decorative features, durability and compliance of all structures in the city of Arkadag with established standards.

Then Hero-Arkadag held a working meeting here with the participation of the Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the mayor of the city of Arkadag G. Mammedova.

The first speaker was the Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov, who reported on the current state of affairs in the implementation of the second stage of construction of the new city and the prepared program for the construction of facilities related to the medical cluster. As noted, great importance is attached to the durability and modernity of building materials used in the construction and reconstruction of facilities in the city of Arkadag.

Also, within the framework of the report, D. Orazov noted that on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of the opening of the city of Arkadag, appropriate preparatory work was carried out to introduce high-speed 5G technology into the communication and Internet system of the city of Arkadag. In this regard, the Chairman of the State Committee asked the Hero-Arkadag to bless the introduction of a new, modern 5G technology, which will replace the current 4G +.

As noted, 5G technology is considered the fifth generation of a wireless communication system. It is characterized by high speed and huge bandwidth. It is also 20 times faster than the earlier one.

Hero-Arkadag emphasized that modern innovative methods and advanced technologies should be effectively used in the construction of industrial complexes and equipment of buildings erected in the new city. The work carried out in this direction should be approached responsibly from the point of view of organization and quality.

Hero-Arkadag gave a number of instructions to accelerate the pace of work within the framework of the construction of the second stage of the new city. In particular, an important requirement is to ensure the high quality of buildings erected in the city of Arkadag and to complete the construction of facilities on time.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag gave his blessing for the introduction of 5G technology into communication and internet systems in honor of the 2nd anniversary of the opening of the new city. This decision corresponds to the legal status of the city, built on the basis of the "smart city" concept. This technology is important for the healthcare sector, including for holding online conferences, implementing the capabilities of artificial intelligence, accelerating the exchange of information in the treatment of patients.

In this regard, Hero-Arkadag noted that all planned work must be completed at a high level and within the established time frame, and gave a number of instructions on this regard.

Then the mayor of Arkadag, G.Mammadova, reported on the planned events on the occasion of the second anniversary of the opening of the new city. Also, in honor of a significant date in the life of our country and our people, hundreds of families of the city of Arkadag will be solemnly presented with the keys to modern high-comfort residential buildings.

Hero-Arkadag noted the need to ensure a high organizational level of all events planned on the occasion of the opening of the new city.

All this will reflect the modern level of the city of Arkadag, the happy life of its population and the high goals that can be achieved as a result of joint efforts in a beautiful corner at the foot of the Kopetdag.

Then, the Honored Architect of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag, got acquainted  with the projects of the second stage of the new city, which are under construction and planned for construction.

The Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the mayor of the city of Arkadag G. Mammedova presented reports on the presented projects.

As noted, all necessary efforts are currently being made in the new city to successfully fulfill the instructions previously given by Hero-Arkadag. Projects related to the features of “Ahalteke atlar” Avenue, Arkadag City Park, the entrance to the mosque and the surrounding area, as well as the types of columns, benches and other structures that will be installed in the park were presented here.

After reviewing with the presented projects, the improvement of the recreation park of the new city, the features of the objects that are planned to be built on its territory, Hero-Arkadag emphasized the need for the work carried out here to fully comply with modern requirements and international standards.

In continuation, Hero-Arkadag, touching upon the construction of the “Ahalteke atlary” Avenue, in particular the features of the sidewalks adjacent to it, also stressed the need to pay sufficient attention to the sculptural images of horses that will be installed along the road.

All conditions should be created in the park for a good rest for visitors and an interesting pastime for children. In this regard, it is necessary to pay great attention to the cleanliness of all structures, benches and canopies in the park, said Hero-Arkadag, making a number of comments on the submitted projects.

A report on the fountains that are planned to be built on the territory of the park, and the decorative features of their bowls was also presented to the Hero-Arkadag.

As Hero-Arkadag noted, the principles of national architecture and modern experience should be combined during the construction of the park. Particular attention should be paid to the improvement of the territories adjacent to the park and the convenient placement of parking lots that are planned to be built on its territory.

Speaking about the decorative features of the buildings erected within the second stage of the new city, Honored Architect of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag emphasized the need to pay great attention to the national color. In particular, the architecture of the entrance to the new mosque should correspond to the spirit of the modern era. Several types of pottery were also presented here, which are a clear evidence of the development of handicrafts in our country at a high level.

Noting that Turkmen craftsmen effectively use wood and other materials, as well as methods based on national traditions of carpentry and pottery, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag emphasized the importance of preserving and developing these areas for future generations.

Speaking about this, the Hero-Arkadag noted that it would be appropriate to organize an exhibition of needlewomen's products in the new city on the occasion of the upcoming significant dates. All this will contribute to the development of decorative and applied arts created by our people throughout history, national embroidery techniques in the spirit of the present time, and the growing interest of young people in these activities.

In this regard, Hero-Arkadag emphasized the need to keep issues related to the proper and high-quality execution of large-scale works carried out in the new city under constant control.
