With a view to ensure a wide participation of representatives of society in solution of important issues of state and public life, based on centuries-old experience of noble ancestors in management of the government and following their wise precepts, strengthening of unity and cohesion of society, creative perfection of achievements in development of national democracy as well as well-organised conduction of the meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan - the higher representative body of interests of people of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan decides:

1. To convene the next meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan on September 24, 2023 and to hold it in the Palace «Maslakhat köşgi» in Ashgabat city.

2. To create an organising committee to hold the meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan at high level.

3. To approve:

1) The staff of the organising committee to hold the meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan at high level;

2) The procedure of election of representatives of the public for the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, nominated by the Khalk Maslakhaty of velayats and Ashgabat city.

3. The Khalk Maslakhaty of velayats and Ashgabat city according to the procedure of elections, outlined in the third section of the present Resolution should by September 1, 2023 should submit to the head office of the Khalk Maslakhaty the list of public representatives, elected to the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan from velayats and Ashgabat city.

4. The head office of the Khalk Maslakhaty jointly with the Mejlis of Turkmenistan should render organizational-methodical help to offices of the Khalk Maslakhaty in velayats, etraps and cities in the work connected with preparation and holding of the meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan and to co-ordinate these activities.
