Ashgabat hosted ceremonies of conferring of the state awards and badges of honoured titles to the best personnel of various spheres of national economy, front-rank workers, employees of ministries and departments, structural divisions, art personnel who made big personal contribution to social and economic development of Turkmenistan and improvement of its international authority.
