On December 4, an Online International Scientific Conference entitled “Neutral Turkmenistan – UNESCO: International Cooperation in the Fields of History and Culture” was held in the capital.

Opening of the mosque for 500 people, which was built by Turkmenistan, has been held in Akina settlement, Andhoy district, Faryab Province, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. At the request of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the delegation of our country including representatives of relative ministries and departments took part in the event.

On December 4, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers, during which outcomes of work of the branches of national economy for the past 11 months have been summed up and other issues of the state home and foreign policy, which is aimed at provision of favorable and happy life of the nation, have bene reviewed.

In order to ensure the fulfilment of Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1886 dated September 4, 2020 ""On further improvement of the work of the consular service of Turkmenistan"", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to reorganize the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Mazar-i-Sharif) into the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Mazar-i-Sharif).

In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan ""On diplomatic service"", ""On the status of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in foreign states"" and ""On consular offices of Turkmenistan abroad"", as well as in order to improve the activities of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign countries and to ensure effective implementation of the assigned duties, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the 2021expenses budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign countries.

In order to develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and international organizations, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the following documents:

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Regulations on the work of the joint intergovernmental commissions on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural, humanitarian and other fields established between our country and foreign states for Turkmenistan.

In order to ensure the fulfilment of Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1886 dated September 4, 2020 ""On further improvement of the work of the consular service of Turkmenistan"", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to reorganize the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Herat) into the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Herat).

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Concept of improving the quality of teaching STEM subjects in Turkmenistan and the Action Plan for its implementation.
