President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers in online mode. Current issues of the government policy as well as number of documents have been reviewed at the session.

The President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution authorizing the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy in collaboration with the Cycling Federation and the International Cycling Union to hold the Track Cycling World Championship at the Olympic Complex’s Indoor Velodrome on October 13-17, 2021.

The President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution authorizing Türkmennebit (Turkmenoil) State Concern to conclude an additional services agreement (in compliance with applicable laws and regulations) to the contract with Tatneft Public Joint-Stock Company, the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) for the provision of production enhancement services for oil wells in the Goturdepe oil-and-gas field in accordance with the Presidential Resolution No. 11189 dated July 30, 2010 “On the provision of special services by Türkmennebit State Concern”. The agreement stipulates the provision of the services and the extension of the terms of the contract for a period of eight years.

Specialists from the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Textile Industry and its enterprises, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry held online meeting with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India.

Our country was represented by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, R. Meredov, and Russia - by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation A. Overchuk. The meeting was also attended by the heads of a number of sectoral ministries and departments of the two states.

President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in has sent a letter to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressing full agreement with his video message to International Forum of Northern Economic Cooperation for 2020 where the necessity of the partnership between Eurasian countries has been highlighted.

An online seminar entitled “Greenhouse Vegetable Production and Key Aspects of Greenhouse Management” has taken place today as part of the EU-funded Project “Support to Further Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development in Turkmenistan” (SARD III).
