On October 10, on the occasion of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers’ Day in Turkmenistan, foundation laying ceremonies were held for modern medical facilities that will expand the country’s multidisciplinary healthcare infrastructure.

The opening of a modern Health Centre, built in the Garadashayak residential complex in the Bagtyyarlyk etrap, took place today in the capital, adding to the list of large-scale events organized to mark Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers' Day in Turkmenistan.

Today, a grand opening ceremony was held for the Mary velayat Infectious Diseases Hospital with a capacity of 300 beds in the “Täze güýç” gengeshlik of Mary etrap.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and himself, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as to the entire people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates.
