In order to implement the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as to further develop relations of mutual partnership and cooperation between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Joint Turkmen-Iranian Commission for Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen side.

In order to continue in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, support from the state of the rapidly developing private sector of the national economy of Turkmenistan, providing highly educated qualified specialists to businesses based on innovation at a new stage of market relations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution instructing the Central Bank to provide a loan to the Joint Stock Commercial “Rysgal” Bank for lending to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in order to finance the construction of a higher educational institution of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in the city of Ashgabat.

Appoint Begliyev Ashyrguly as Advisor to the President of Turkmenistan on oil and gas issues.

In order to implement the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, as well as to further develop relations between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission for Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen side.
