For a great personal contribution to strengthening independence and sovereignty, strengthening defense capability, protecting the territorial integrity of neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring security, public and legal order, legality, exemplary performance of official duties and achieving high results in combat training, given the many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Fatherland, the courageous people, conscientious and exemplary work, special services to the state and society, great success in fruitful state and public work, as well as on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree “On awarding military personnel with state awards and employees of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan”.

Taking into account the contribution to strengthening the defense capability of the Motherland, the conscientious fulfillment of the sacred military duty, the great merits in strengthening law and order, maintaining peace in society, as well as on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan and in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree "On the assignment of military and special ranks, as well as class ranks to military personnel and employees of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan”.
