In order to further improve the management of the Akhal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree instructing to establish a new modern city khyakimlik, the administrative center of the Akhal Velayat.

In order to successfully implement reforms in the agricultural sector of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, further strengthen the material and technical base of the industry, as well as the phased purchase of agricultural machinery, equipment and spare parts for them, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection environment of Turkmenistan to conclude a contract with “John Deere Walldorf GmbH & Co.KG” of the Federal Republic of Germany for the purchase of agricultural machinery, equipment and spare parts for them with the condition of their delivery to Turkmenistan in 2022.

In order to further develop the securities market in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On licensing certain types of activities”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the management of financial markets (activities of stock exchanges only) is recognized as subject to licensing, for the issuance of a license for this small type of activity is assigned a state fee in the appropriate amount.

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed to us by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and every family, as well as on the occasion of the sacred Gadyr gijesi, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree “On pardon in honor of the sacred Gadyr gijesi of convicted persons”, releasing those pardoned from further serving the main punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty.
