On the transfer to the reserve from the Armed Forces, other troops and military authorities of Turkmenistan of military personnel undergoing military service on conscription, and the next call-up of citizens of Turkmenistan for military service

In accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Law of Turkmenistan “On military duty and military service” I decide:

1. Dismiss to the reserve in October-December 2022 from the Armed Forces, other troops and military authorities of Turkmenistan conscripted military personnel who have served the terms established in the Law of Turkmenistan “On military duty and military service”.

2. Call up for military service in October-December 2022 those who do not have the right to exemption from conscription for military service or the right to deferment from conscription of male citizens of Turkmenistan, who by the day of conscription are 18 years old, who have lost the right to deferment from conscription for military service citizens under 27 years of age.

3. This Decree shall enter into force upon its publication.

In pursuance of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 115 of September 17, 2022 “On the transfer to the reserve from the Armed Forces, other troops and military bodies of Turkmenistan of military personnel undergoing military service on conscription, and the next call of citizens of Turkmenistan for military service”, The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Order, according to which the Minister of Defense of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, the head of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, the head of the Security Service of the President of Turkmenistan, the chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan are instructed to dismiss military personnel who have served the terms established in the Law of Turkmenistan “On military duty and military service”, in a solemn atmosphere according to the dismissal plans, to encourage excellent students in combat and public humanitarian training.
