Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism of great ancestors, in our Fatherland, according to the established tradition, with a view of further strengthening of unity and consolidation of Turkmen society and every family as well as on the 31st anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning the convicted on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan», having released pardoned citizens of our country from further serving the principal penalty as deprival of freedom as well as additional penalty as conferring obligation to live in a definite place.

Guided by principles of mercy and humanism of great ancestors, based on commitment to generally accepted international standards for protection of rights and freedoms of the individual, taking into account the rights of people to free choice of citizenship as well as with compliance of the Law of Turkmenistan «On citizenship of Turkmenistan», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree «On admission into citizenship of Turkmenistan», having enacted to admit a group of people, who permanently live in our country without citizenship, into citizenship of Turkmenistan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior Affairs, State Migration Service were assigned together with other profile ministries and sectoral departments to continue work on preparation of documents of stateless persons, who have applied for citizenship of Turkmenistan with making further related proposals made to the President of Turkmenistan.

Guided by principles of mercy and humanism of great ancestors, based on commitment to generally accepted international standards for protection of rights and freedoms of the individual as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On migration», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which, a group of foreign citizens have been given permission to live in our country.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State Migration Service were assigned together with other profile ministries and sectoral departments to continue work on preparation of documents of foreign citizens and stateless persons, who have applied for permission to live in our country with making further related proposals made to the President of Turkmenistan.

With the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of France (Paris) Charyev Maksat Esenovich was appointed permanent representative of Turkmenistan at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

With a view of successful realization of the tasks set before the oil and gas complex of the country in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the prosperous state and supply of Türkmengaz State Concern with necessary pipe products of various types, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. In accordance with the document, Türkmengaz State Concern was allowed to make an agreement with Pipe Metallurgical Co., OJSC of the Russian Federation for purchase of pipe products of various types.

In accordance with the Program “Revival of the new era of the powerful state: the National program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan for 2022-2052”, with a view of rise of volume of production and quality of services in passenger transportation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. According to the document, «Türkmenawtoulaglary» Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency at the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan was allowed to conclude an agreement with «Sumitomo Corporation» Company of Japan on purchase of 1000 middle class buses «Toyota Coaster» and 250 mini buses of mark «Toyota Hiace», as well as spare parts and supplies to them.

Guided with the proposals made at the VII congress of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, with a view of further improvement of social and living standards of young families in the country as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On the state youth policy», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. According to the document, the volume of loans given in accordance with the first paragraph of the Resolution № 11817 of the President of Turkmenistan of September 2, 2011 “On further improvement of social and living standards of young families” to officially registered and newly built young families to obtain necessary household items and goods should be increased as much as 20 thousand manats for a 3 year period with 1 percent annual interest without deposit on the basis of guarantee.

With a view of successful realization of the tasks set in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the prosperous state on increase of production of wheat, cotton and sugar beet, promotion of encouragement of producers of agricultural produce to obtain a rich harvest of wheat, cotton and sugar beet, increase in the yield and improvement of fodder supply of cattle on farms, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. In accordance with the document, it was assigned that beginning from the harvest of 2022, , 50 percent of brans, cakes, cotton cakes, marc received from processing of produce from tenant farmers, producers and owners of wheat, cotton and sugar beet fields on the basis of the state orders should be sold at regulated state prices to producers.
