Taking into account the merits in building up friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, studying, popularising and conveying to descendants the creative heritage of the classic poet of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi, as well as a great personal contribution to the rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Turkmen and Uzbek peoples, and on the occasion of the 300^th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi, to award Deputy Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Foreign Policy Kamilov Abdulaziz Khafizovich with the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna», as well as memorable and gift signs.
