Today, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted a solemn conference dedicated to awarding Ashgabat an International Certificate for assistance and contribution to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Trees in Cities Challenge through landscaping actions.
