As part of a Korean Week, co-organized in Ashgabat by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater has hosted a performance by a folk dance band from the friendly country.

«Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri» children music and song contest dedicated to the 27th anniversary of Turkmenistan Independence was finished by Gala concert in the Mukams Palace. The concert was organized by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and the State Committee for TV, Radio and Cinematography.

Opening of new facilities of educational sphere with participation of local artists is timed the Day of Knowledge and Students on September1; the concerts of art masters will be held in Ashgabat song and music centre and in the velayats.
