On May 14, 2025, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technologies of the United Arab Emirates, Director General of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Al Mazrouei and Minister of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE Ahmed Al Sayegh, who arrived in our country on a visit.

In order to consistently build up the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Joint Turkmen-Iranian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen side.

In order to successfully fulfill the tasks set for the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed a number of documents according to which the state concerns «Türkmengaz» and «Türkmennebit» are allowed to conclude contracts with the companies «Petronas Çarigali (Türkmenistan) Sdn. Bhd». (Malaysia) and «ADNOC Turkmenistan RSC Limited» (UAE).

Today, the capital hosted an international meeting with the participation of leaders and representatives of the domestic fuel and energy complex, oil and gas industry specialists and relevant industry departments of the United Arab Emirates and the Malaysian company «Petronas». The participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag further increased its significance.

Today, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan: Cooperation for the Sake of Peace, Safety and Sustainable Development” commenced at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country.

Today, the Central Asian Conference on Climate Change, organised by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan jointly with the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC), began its work at the capital's «Yyldyz» Hotel.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atahalliyev and khyakims of the velayats to consider the state of affairs in the agricultural sector and regions of the country.
