President Serdar Berdimuhamedov extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and the entire people of Armenia on the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day.

Noting that the traditionally friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Armenia are based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, and trust, the head of state expressed confidence that the bilateral cooperation established in various areas will continue to develop and strengthen for the benefit of both peoples.

Using this pleasant opportunity, President Berdimuhamedov expressed his sincere wishes for good health and happiness to President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and to the entire people of the Republic of Armenia peace, progress, and prosperity.
