Taking into account the special merits in expanding the cultural dialogue of independent neutral Turkmenistan with the states of the world and international organisations, in strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples, in popularising humanistic opinions in the world, as set forth in the works of the great poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi, which has become the unshakable spiritual foundation of Turkmen society in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, and also on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of independence and the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, I decree:

to award the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» to the following foreign citizens:

Chairman of the Cultural Society of Turkmens Living in the United Arab Emirates, which is the overseas branch of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, Hoja Murad Ata Murad,
