Conference Hall hosted a gala concert of the participants of the final stage of Garaşsyzlygyň Merjen Däneleri Children’s Singing Contest dedicated to the 26th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence. The best young talents arrived in the capital and were honored to perform on the country’s main stage. 15 singers; 23 dance groups, singing ensembles and folk groups, a total of 730 gifted children took part in the final contest. The concert was a visual evidence of an inexhaustible source of national talents. The names of the talented performers, who deserved top places, were announced. On behalf of the national leader, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, they were awarded valuable prizes and diplomas as winners of the contest. None of the children remained without a prize, every one of them received memorable gifts that will serve as a form of motivation to move forward and participate in forthcoming contests; to achieve a cherished goal in their creative activity and desirable victory. The talent show for young talents is held annually by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and TV and Radio Broadcasting within the framework of the nationwide competition for the prize of the President of Turkmenistan. Preliminaries took place in towns, districts and provinces in several stages that defined the finalists.
