Turning to the subjects of the agenda, the Head of the State gave floor to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Hojamammedov who reported on the activity of the State Standard Centre that carries out metrological tests and comparative analysis of measuring instruments used in oil and gas sector, agriculture, health care, trade and other fields. Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that it is necessary to have an accreditation of the laboratories of the State Standard Centre on international level. In this regard, the Leader of the Nation ordered to study this matter again with relative structures and addressed the Vice-Premier with number of concrete tasks. After, the floor as given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Babayev who reported on the situation in different fields of fuel and energy complex. Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the Vice-Premier an assignment for improvement of industrial and export potential of fuel and energy complex of the country, modernization of branch infrastructure based on application of innovative technologies and advanced developments and active investment policy. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers D. Amangeldiyev reported on the activity of the structures under his supervision and situation on construction sites in Ashgabat. Summarizing the report, the Head of the State requested the Vice-premier to hold under permanent control the issues of urban planning of Turkmen capital in accordance with the Concept of its development as well as ordered to provide proper exploitation of new facilities. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annameredov, who spoke after, reported on the work on disbursement of the investments allocated to the Ministry of Communication. The Vice-Premier reported that 526 telephone stations for 183 684 subscribers will be installed in the country to meet the requirements of communication services. As the result of integrated modernization and diversification of branch infrastructure, ramified communication, TV and Radio networks successfully operate in the country, - the Head of the State highlighted. Developed network of telephone stations provides high-speed channels for connecting to broad-band internet and transfer of data, - the President of Turkmenistan continued, having noted the expansion of subscriber network of national cellular operator “Altyn Asyr”. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers O. Gurbannazarov reported on the work of the structures under his supervision of accumulation of industrial and export potential of the country and organizations of trade activity on international level. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of renewal and correction of organizational methods in the work of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange and demanded to arrange productive work for informational and marketing activity in the world markets. After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Aydogdiyev informed on the situation in industrial sector as well as on the work carried out for provision of local market with cement, non-metallic minerals and other building materials. All velayats have trade centres for sale of mentioned products to the population at set state prices. Besides, the Ministry of Industry together with the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs undertake the measures for support of small and medium business, increase of production powers based on advanced technologies and oriented at production of new goods. Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that implementation of innovative technologies, increase of production of import substitutive and export oriented goods using local material resources are necessary conditions of dynamic development of industrial complex of the country. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers S. Toyliyev reported on the preparation of V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games as well as on organization of summer holidays for the children. Having listened to the report, the Head of the State noted the necessity of comprehensive attention to preparation of 2017 Asian Games, which are very important for Turkmenistan. The work, carried out these days, plays an important role in high-level of organization of the coming Games, Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized and gave number of commissions to the Vice-Premier. The Head of the State also requested to hold under permanent control the organization of school summer holidays in health improving and recreational centres of the country. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers A. Garajayev reported on the Cultural Week 2017 in the capital. Different events aimed at wide propaganda of national heritage were held during large-scale action. Having highlighted the importance of further activation of work of the cultural institutions on popularization of cultural heritage of Turkmen nation and modern achievements of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed concrete assignments to the Vice –Premier. After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns. Having noted the necessity of steadfast increase of mowing rates, the President of Turkmenistan addressed the Vice-Premier with specific orders on provision of measures for timely and quality completion of the campaign. The Head of the State requested to hold under control proper care of the cotton crops and activate the work on increase of volumes of the productions in the country. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Meredov reported on the outcomes of business trip to Tokyo, where 12th joint session of Turkmen – Japanese and Japanese – Turkmen Committees for economic cooperation was held. Having stressed the attention on joint activity of Turkmen – Japanese and Japanese – Turkmen Committees for economic cooperation, which are to support optimum implementation of versatile potential and opening new prospects of cooperation, the Head of the State gave number of specific assignments to the Vice-Premier on further development of beneficial contacts meting common interest with the partners from the country of the Rising Sun. Chairperson of the Mejlis A. Nurberdiyeva informed on the activity of National parliament for further modernization of the legal base of the country. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that adoption of new laws meeting universal standards of international law has to support successful implementation of the state programmes aimed at further advancement of our country along the way of social, economic and democratic reforms. Further in the session, the members of the State Security Council – the leaders of military and law enforcement agencies, presented reports on their work. Having listened to the reports, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the state would continue paying greatest attention to further consolidation of the Armed Forces, improvement of the activity of Border Guard Service as well as made special mention of the necessity of complex measures for protection of law and order. It was highlighted that the stability in society and solidarity of Turkmen nation are the guarantee of successful and dynamic move of Turkmenistan forward. Having mentioned that the activity of judicial system has to meet the Government policy of Turkmenistan and universal standards of international law, the President demanded to pay utmost attention to thorough selection of the personnel. Big responsibility for provision of strict compliance and fulfilment of laws is laid upon the personnel of prosecution authorities. Having focused the attention on the activity of the State Custom Service, the President gave specific instructions on modernization of equipment and facilities base and training of highly qualified personnel. The Head of the State Migration Service received the instructions in the context of preparation of V Asian Games. The objectives for prevention of crimes related to corruption and their exposure were assigned to Turkmenistan State Anti-Economic Crimes Service. The work of the Ministry of Justice on comprehensive development of national legislation base was highlighted. At the end of the session of the Cabinet of Ministers, the President of Turkmenistan wished success in work to all the participants.
