In order to significantly enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of Ashgabat, as well as to create favorable conditions for cultural leisure for residents and guests of the capital in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the relevant state enterprise of the «Türkmenenergogurluşyk» concern of the Ministry of Energy to conclude a contract with «Röwşen» IE for the major repairs of the buildings and structures of the capital's cable car, as well as adjacent territories.

The document requires that work begin in January 2025 and that the facility be fully operational in June 2026.
