In accordance with Articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

to appoint Ovvadov Dayanch Jumageldiyevich as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, dismissing him from the post of Chairman of the Lebap Velayat Court,

to appoint Akmyradov Gurbanguly Akmyradovich as a judge of the Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan, dismissing him from the post of Chairman of the Balkan Velayat Court,

to appoint Meretnyyazov Ayly Gurbanmuhammedovich as Chairman of the Lebap Velayat Court, dismissing him from the post of Chairman of the Akbugday Etrap Court of the Ahal Velayat,

to appoint Hojiyev Rahman Joragulyyevich as Chairman of the Mary Velayat Court, dismissing him from the post of Chairman of the Mary City Court of the Mary Velayat,

to appoint Yangybaev Seyitjan Pirkuliyevich as deputy chairman of the Dashoguz velayat court, dismissing him from the post of judge of the Sarahs etrap court of the Ahal velayat,

to appoint Allaberenov Amangeldi Dovletgeldiyevich as chairman of the Kopetdag etrap court of the city of Ashgabat, dismissing him from the post of deputy chairman of the Ashgabat city court,

to appoint Hanov Remezan Hojamyradovich as judge of the Mary city court of the Mary velayat, dismissing him from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Turkmenabat city court of the Lebap velayat,

appoint Hallyyeva Hurma Gundogdy-gyzy as judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Akbugday etrap court of the Ahal velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class of a judge;

to appoint Shukurov Hijran Togtamyradovich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Mary etrap court of the Mary velayat and to assign him the 5th qualification class of a judge.
