Considering merits in expansion of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan, in studying, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Tajik people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi to award President of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahmon Emomali Sharifovich the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as commemorative and gift badges.
