Considering a big contribution to successful fulfilment of humane social policy of independent neutral Turkmenistan, observance of rights of those who needs guardianship, especially children, for worthy and high-grade participation in public and state life, expansion of social sphere and activity public, humanitarian, charitable and medical institutions, in particular, in assistance in medicine, treatment and rehabilitation, organisation of financial and material aid to children needing support and youth, delivery of consultations and methodical help, assiduous and honest work throughout many years, for achievements in state and public work as well as on the occasion of Day of workers of public health services and medical industry of Turkmenistan I decide:
