The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Program for the Development of Physiology in Turkmenistan for 2024–2028 and an Action Plan for its implementation in order to affirm the principles of a healthy lifestyle, strengthen health, and increase the average life expectancy of the population, as well as to study human physiology in hot climates within the framework of the planned measures for implementing the State Program "Saglyk" of the President of Turkmenistan. 

According to the document, relevant ministries and departments are instructed to ensure the implementation of the aforementioned State Program.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Strategy for Medical Health and Rehabilitation Activities in Turkmenistan for 2024–2028 and an Action Plan for its implementation in order to implement the state policy in the field of public health protection in the country, the Law of Turkmenistan "On Health Protection of Citizens," and the State Program "Saglyk" of the President of Turkmenistan, as well as the Program "Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: The National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022–2052". 

According to the document, relevant ministries and departments are instructed to ensure the implementation of the aforementioned National Strategy.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Immunoprophylaxis Program of Turkmenistan for 2024–2028 and an Action Plan for its implementation in order to ensure healthy well-being for the country's population, prevent infectious diseases and combat them, as well as consistently strengthen targeted measures in accordance with international standards in the era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State. 

According to the document, relevant ministries and departments, as well as hakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities, are instructed to ensure the implementation of the aforementioned National Program.

In order to successfully implement the State Program "Saglyk" of the President of Turkmenistan and provide high-quality preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic assistance to the population in the era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs on behalf of the Government of Turkmenistan to conclude contracts with the Islamic Development Bank for financing projects for constructing oncology hospitals with 150 beds each in Balkan and Lebap velayats, as well as a contract with the Saudi Development Bank for financing a project to construct an oncology hospital with 200 beds in Mary velayat and carry out work related to enforcing this agreement and its management.

The President signed a Resolution instructing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to establish a subordinate International Health Rehabilitation Center with 400 beds operating on an economic basis providing paid services, and approve its Charter in order to successfully implement the State Program "Saglyk" of the President of Turkmenistan, organize modern health rehabilitation assistance for the population according to international standards based on innovative technologies, significantly strengthen the material and technical base of healthcare systems in this era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State.

The President signed a Resolution instructing Ministry Health Medical Industry establish subordinate International Scientific-Clinical Physiology Center with 250 beds approve its Charter in order to successfully implement State program "Saglyk", modern treatment methods according to international standards based on innovative technologies, effective organization scientific research and significant strengthening healthcare system's material-technical base in the era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State.

To significantly improve the provision of medicines and medical supplies to the population, and in accordance with the laws Turkmenistan "On Health Protection of Citizens" "On Pharmaceutical Provision," The President signed a Resolution approving a list of medicines sold in state pharmacies to citizens who have entered into a state voluntary medical insurance contract and pay the corresponding insurance premiums, at a preferential rate of fifty percent of the cost, and List of medicines and medical products provided (dispensed) free or preferential conditions.
