In order to ensure the harmonious and sustainable development of all systems of the city of Arkadag, regular provision of comfortable conditions for living, working, resting and further improving the social and living standards of the population, I decree:

1. To approve the Concept for the Development of the City of Arkadag in 2024–2052.

2. The relevant ministries, departments and the hakimlik of the city of Arkadag shall ensure the implementation of the Concept specified in the first part of this Decree.
