In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, impressive results are achieved in all sectors of the economy of the sovereign Fatherland. Every day of our neutral state is marked by labour victories. Programs for the comprehensive development of the country are successfully implemented. Our hardworking women take an active part in this large-scale activity. Selflessly working in various sectors of the economy, they worthily celebrate the glorious 33^rd anniversary of the independence of the Fatherland, making a great contribution to the further strengthening of unity and cohesion in the country.

Our dear mothers are actively involved in the public life of the country. It is difficult to overestimate their activities in raising worthy sons and daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, forming a generation of literate, erudite, patriotic, hardworking people, asserting the principles of a healthy lifestyle in society. The merits of dear women in explaining and implementing the domestic and foreign policy of an independent neutral Fatherland are worthy of respect.

For great personal contribution to strengthening the independence, sovereignty and legal status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, strengthening the unity and cohesion, moral foundations of Turkmen society and each family, ensuring the continuity of the sources of spirituality and traditions of the Turkmen people, taking into account the merits in teaching the younger generation, educating young people in the spirit of respect for national values, historical heritage, original customs and rituals of our people, patriotism, hard work, courage and heroism, for particularly fruitful social activities, as well as on the occasion of the glorious 33^rd anniversary of the sacred independence of Turkmenistan, I decree:
