In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan» I decree:
to appoint Junior Justice Advisor Vekilov Batyr Nurmyradovich as the prosecutor of the Lebap velayat, dismissing him from the post of the prosecutor of the Kerki etrap of the Lebap velayat;
to dismiss Justice Advisor Gurbanov Muhammetoraz Kakayevich from the post of the prosecutor of the Lebap velayat.
