On awarding the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 yyllygyna» to the General–Secretary of the United Nations António Guterres

Considering the great personal contribution to strengthening the independence, sovereignty and neutrality policy of Turkmenistan, expanding and enriching the close cooperation of our country with the states of the world and international organizations, strengthening peace, friendship and brotherhood between peoples and building up mutually beneficial humanitarian cooperation, as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen classical poet Magtymguly Fragi, to award the General–Secretary of the United Nations António Guterres with the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna».
