President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Suriname Chandrikapersad Santokhi and the entire people of the country on the occasion of the 25^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Suriname.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and trust, the President of Turkmenistan noted, emphasizing that our country is interested in expanding bilateral ties.

In his message, the head of state also expressed confidence that thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking advantage of this pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere wishes to the President of the Republic of Suriname Chandrikapersad Santokhi for good health, happiness and well-being, and for progress and prosperity to the people of the country.
