Today, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the activities of the health institutions of Arkadag city, and also held a working meeting on improving the efficiency of their work.

Early in the morning, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived at the Multidisciplinary Hospital of Arkadag city, where Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag city under the President of Turkmenistan D.Orazov, khyakim of Arkadag city Sh.Durdylyev and the head of the Health Department of Arkadag city Yu.Ishangulyev reported to the Hero-Arkadag about the measures taken to ensure the well-coordinated work of the health care system of the new city.

Having familiarized himself with the activities carried out here, the improvement of adjacent territories, the National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that special attention should be paid to the ecology of the city located in the foothills, and instructed the relevant managers to organize proper care for tree planting and forest belts in order to create favorable climatic conditions, to keep these works under constant control.

Hero-Arkadag also asked about the level of professionalism of doctors, their proficiency in foreign languages. 

The doctor of the Multidisciplinary Hospital, equipped with modern medical equipment, said that all conditions have been created here for the treatment of patients, various surgical interventions. So, since the opening of the clinic, three complex operations have already been performed. In their work, doctors effectively use innovative methods.

Noting that today medical science in the country has reached a new level, the Hero-Arkadag stressed the need to apply international experience and expand international cooperation in this direction. The most important requirement of the day is the professional development of doctors, and an important role in this is given to the internships of Turkmen specialists in the leading clinics of the world.

Then Arkadag, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the rehabilitation department, where he was told about the postoperative rehabilitation of a patient from Balkan velayat G.Gollieva.

The Hero-Arkadag approached the girl, asked about her health and mood. The mother of the child, expressing sincere gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and the President of the country, said that her daughter’s operation was carried out at the expense of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, her condition is improving every day.

Noting that the postoperative recovery of the girl’s health will be quick and successful, the Hero-Arkadag said that there are all possibilities for this, and presented her with a gift.

The woman once again expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar for taking care of human health at the state level, wishing success in multifaceted activities for the benefit of the country and the people.

Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, went into the preoperative ward, where the patient O.Elamanov was being prepared for surgery, and asked about his health and mood.

The boy’s mother said that she asked for help from a charitable foundation, her request was granted, and therefore her son is here now. The surgeon of the department reported that the preparation for the operation is going well, the boy’s condition is satisfactory, the prognosis is good.

Noting that all conditions for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients have been created in this clinic, the equipment installed here meets international standards, and the doctors working in the department are constantly improving their qualifications, Hero-Arkadag assured the child’s mother that the operation would be successful.

The woman thanked everyone and said that she hopes for a speedy recovery of her son, and that he will continue to play sports together with his peers. She emphasized the high level of medical services provided here and expressed gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag for gifts.

Noting that concern for the health and harmonious development of the younger generation is always in the focus of the state's attention, Dr. Arkadag said that members of the Council of Elders at the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship constantly help Turkmen youth who have lost parental care and need special social support. Such a humane attitude to those in need of help is in the blood of the Turkmen people, and it has always been so and will continue to be so.

Considering that today great attention is paid in the country to the approval of the principles of a healthy lifestyle, the Hero-Arkadag highlighted that during the construction of industrial and manufacturing facilities within the framework of the second stage of the development of Arkadag city, special emphasis should be placed on environmental issues. Thus, along with the industrialization of the national economy, the ecological level of production capacities should be kept under constant control.

Noting that Arkadag city was built in one of the beautiful corners of our Homeland with a favorable climate, where clean mountain springs promote human health, Dr.Arkadag spoke about the medicinal properties of plants growing here, in this regard emphasizing the importance of carrying out scientific work in this direction using the experience of foreign specialists.

In order to successfully solve all the tasks set, it is necessary to effectively use the concept of smart city, the Hero-Arkadag continued. At the same time, the most important requirement is to ensure the coordinated activities of all relevant structures on the territory of Arkadag city.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that within the framework of the Saglyk State Program, medicinal properties of plants growing on the Turkmen land should be studied on a scientific basis.

Hero-Arkadag focused on the importance of sharing the experience of specialists of healthcare institutions of the new city and Turkmen scientists with foreign colleagues. Emphasizing the importance of the work carried out in this direction to improve the level and quality of medical care for the population, Hero-Arkadag gave specific instructions to the relevant leaders.

The members of the Council of Elders give names to orphans, surround them with paternal care, approaching this issue responsibly and comprehensively, the Hero-Arkadag stressed, expressing confidence that they will grow up and become worthy citizens of the Homeland, worthy of the names they were named, and will contribute to the development of the country.

Children left without parents proudly call themselves descendants of Arkadag, and this indicates that they are completely surrounded by the care of the state, they do not need anything, as if they lived with their parents, in a family. They proudly call themselves the happy generation of the independent Homeland.

Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people visited the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Center, located on the territory of the new city, where the director of the center M.Okuzova informed about the activities carried out, the state of health of patients.

The Hero-Arkadag asked about the results of the treatment of children. The doctor of the center spoke about the possibilities created for the restoration of the musculoskeletal system of young patients, about the features of the equipment installed in the department.

Dr.Arkadag talked to the children and asked them about their well-being. The mothers of the children told that all the necessary conditions have been created here, thanks to the efforts of doctors, successes in treatment have been achieved, and they thanked the Hero-Arkadag from the bottom of their hearts.

Expressing hope for the children’s speedy recovery, the National Leader of the Turkmen people presented them with gifts and, addressing the doctors, noted the need for a responsible approach to the issues of continuous professional development, active development of world best practices.

After going to the next ward, Arkadag asked about the health status of young patients and told about the unique features of the means used in the treatment of the musculoskeletal system. Speaking about the fact that the equipment plays an important role in strengthening the body of children, activating their movements, Dr.Arkadag noted that its effective and expedient use should be under the constant supervision of doctors.

With fatherly love, the Hero-Arkadag helped the children to perform special exercises. The children made efforts to master the technique that Dr.Arkadag taught them.

Then the Hero-Arkadag approached the children who were engaged in artistic creativity in the foyer of the center and asked about their work. Noting that creativity, along with effective medical services, is important in rapid rehabilitation, Dr. Arkadag highlighted the importance of comprehensive measures and, wishing young patients a speedy recovery, said goodbye to them.

It should also be noted that the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Center has created extensive opportunities, including for postoperative rehabilitation. There are specialized rooms where the appropriate equipment is installed to ensure the proper development of the children’s spine and musculoskeletal system, which is especially important for the rapid recovery of patients.

The presence of a swimming pool in the department and classes in the water contribute to the health of children. According to medical science, installed equipment, a swimming pool, as well as various toys, balls and exercise machines are of particular importance for strengthening the child's body and its harmonious development.

Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived at the construction site of the Arkadag mosque, where projects and drawings were presented for his consideration.

The project of a unique building to be erected at the intersection of the capital’s Kopetdag Avenue and Akhan Avenue in Arkadag, is of great importance. After reviewing the project, the Hero-Arkadag made a number of comments and made appropriate adjustments. The objects located at the intersection of the ring road should create a unified harmony with the surrounding landscape, and the territories adjacent to them are landscaped.

There were also presented projects of the Arkadag mosque, utility structures, exterior and interior decoration of the mosque, the Arkadag Museum and drawings of their location, as well as samples of various types of wood and marble used in the decoration of buildings.

After reviewing the projects, the Hero-Arkadag noted the need to use the best international experience both in their preparation and in construction work. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the ecology of the city, the use of elements of national architecture in the decoration of buildings.

Emphasizing the importance of a responsible approach both to the quality of industrial buildings erected as part of the second stage of construction of Arkadag city, and to their external decor, the high level of landscaping of the territories adjacent to industrial complexes, Hero-Arkadag gave the relevant managers a number of specific instructions in this regard.

After reviewing the drawings of the projects, the National Leader of the Turkmen people held a working meeting with the participation of the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag city under the President of Turkmenistan D.Orazov and the khyakim of Arkadag city Sh.Durdylyev.

As noted, within the framework of the second stage of the city’s development, it is planned to build industrial complexes of all spheres, which will create prerequisites for the successful implementation of programs designed to industrialize the country, increase employment, establish the production of consumer goods and improve the activities of the service sector.

Stressing the need for the second stage of the development of Arkadag city, along with ensuring the high quality of the construction of planned production facilities, especially medical institutions, to pay special attention to their equipment, Hero-Arkadag noted that the requirements imposed on both the customer of the facility and the builders and suppliers of equipment for medical institutions should be high, which will promote the proper functioning of the relevant structures.

As part of the second stage of the construction of a new city, advanced technologies and the latest methods should be actively used, the Hero-Arkadag continued and emphasized that it should become a city with an innovative industrial complex.

At the same time, special attention should be paid to the ecological state of the city. Mass planting of tree seedlings, expansion of park areas and compliance with environmental standards during the construction of production facilities are the main requirements for the second stage of the construction of a new city, said Hero-Arkadag and instructed to keep these issues under strict control.

Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the types of vehicles that are planned to be used in the activities in the economic structures of Arkadag city.

Emphasizing the importance of relentless control over the maintenance of cleanliness and improvement of the city, Hero-Arkadag noted the importance of compliance with the requirements for vehicles. At the same time, it is necessary to establish coordinated work of electronic indicators on the territory of the city.
