President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to Sultan Raev, the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Organization.

"Over the past period, Turkmenistan and TURKSOY have established constructive cooperation. Our interaction meets the goals of further strengthening the bonds of friendship and positive partnership between the Turkic peoples united by the common history and spiritual and cultural values. Turkmenistan will continue to actively cooperate with TURKSOY," the President emphasized in his message.

Taking advantage of the pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Mr. Sultan Raev and the staff of the Secretariat of the International Organization of Turkic Culture good health, happiness and success in their work.
