President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to Sultan Raev, the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Organization.

Turkmenistan will continue to actively cooperate with TURKSOY," the President emphasized in his message.
