President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to Sultan Raev, the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Organization.

Our interaction meets the goals of further strengthening the bonds of friendship and positive partnership between the Turkic peoples united by the common history and spiritual and cultural values. Turkmenistan will continue to actively cooperate with TURKSOY," the President emphasized in his message.
