The President of Turkmenistan signed a number of documents

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria Amannazarov Hemra Sapargylydjevich (Vienna) was appointed concurrently:

- Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan at the United Nations Headquarters in Vienna;

- Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization;

- Head of the Delegation of Turkmenistan to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe;

– Representative at the Preparatory Commission of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (Vienna, Republic of Austria);

– Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the International Atomic Energy Agency.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Toygeldi Bayrammyradovich Mammedov was released from the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” as he failed to cope with the duties assigned to him.

In order to successfully achieve the goals set in the country for the oil and gas industry in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the State Concern “Türkmennebit” to conclude a contract with the Company “KING EASE LIMITED” (People’s Republic of China) for purchase of 2309 tons of drill pipes of various sizes from its own funds.

For the purpose of further socio-economic development of the country, the successful implementation of national, sectoral and regional development programs, the execution of the Budget Code of Turkmenistan, the introduction of international best practices in budgetary activities and the transition to a modern method of budgeting, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, according to which the State Commission for the Improvement of Budgetary Activities in Turkmenistan was established, and its composition and the Action Plan for reforming the budgetary system of Turkmenistan for the period 2022–2028 was approved.

The document also instructs the Ministry of Finance and Economy, other relevant ministries and sectoral departments, as well as the khyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat to ensure the timely implementation of the activities outlined in the above Plan.

In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan “On Communications” and “On Information and its Protection”, in order to further increase the number of modern national electronic communication systems that comply with international standards, expand their use and certify that they are developed in Turkmenistan, as well as manage the State Registers of National Electronic Communication Systems, their developers and those who are authorized to own them, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving:

– Regulations on the State Register of National Electronic Communication Systems;

– Regulations on the State Register of the Developers of National Electronic Communication Systems.
