This morning, the meeting room of the hyakimlik of Dashoguz velayat has hosted a meeting of voters with the candidate for the highest state post from the Agrarian Party of Turkmenistan, the deputy hyakim of Mary velayat, Agadzhan Bekmyradov.

The meeting was opened by the chairman of Dashoguz Velayat Committee of the Agrarian Party A. Mammadov. Then the floor was given to the candidate’s confidant, Deputy Chairman of Mary Velayat Branch of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World T. Byashimov, who acquainted the audience with the work biography of A. Bekmyradov, a civil engineer, describing him as a young, proactive and skillful leader with sufficient work experience in public organizations and local executive authorities.

The candidate for the post of President of Turkmenistan, who then spoke, outlined the main directions of his election program aimed at further comprehensive development of the country, ensuring its stable socio-economic progress through the implementation of large-scale state reforms.

In accordance with modern requirements, work will continue on the development of industrial sectors, healthcare, science and education, physical culture and sports, as well as on the construction of housing and roads. Particular importance will be attached to the education of the younger generation.

A separate place in the candidate's election program is occupied by social objectives, measures to ensure a high standard of living for the people.

Answering the questions of voters regarding the increase in the production potential of the agro-industrial complex, further transformation of the appearance of villages and cities in accordance with the National program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan for the next 30 years and other relevant topics, A. Bekmyradov assured that if he was elected President of Turkmenistan, he would dedicate all his strength, knowledge and experience to justify the high trust of voters.

In the afternoon, there was also a meeting of voters with the director of the Economic Society “Wepaly gurluşyk” Babamyrat Meredov, who was nominated as a candidate for the post of President of Turkmenistan at the extraordinary III Congress of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country.

Having opened the meeting, the representative of Dashoguz velayat committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs B. Piriyev gave the floor to the candidate's confidant - A. Soyunov, head of the private enterprise “Ynsan kalby”. Having familiarized the audience with B. Meredov's work biography, he noted the candidate's efficiency and initiative, a sense of deep responsibility for the assigned work, accumulated experience in a leadership position, as well as integrity, commitment to a healthy lifestyle, urging voters to be active on election day.

Then the floor was given to the contender for the post of President of Turkmenistan. Thanking those present for their interest in the meeting, B.Meredov outlined the main provisions of his election program, including effective use of small and medium-sized businesses in ensuring further prosperity of Turkmenistan and increasing the welfare of its people.

Today, domestic business structures take an active part in the development of the country. A consistent increase in the number of private sector enterprises is facilitated by the system of measures to support entrepreneurship, which is one of the driving forces of the national economy, developed at the initiative of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

It should be noted that the formation of favorable conditions for stimulating small and medium-sized businesses as an important part of the market economy is also facilitated by the relevant legislative and legal framework created in the country. All this, B. Meredov emphasized, strengthens the responsibility of private entrepreneurship for successful implementation of entrusted projects.

As reflected in the candidate's election program, in order to further prosperity of the Fatherland, it is necessary to multiply large-scale successes achieved in the modern era under the leadership of the head of the nation in all spheres of state and social life.

In the context of reforms aimed at industrialization of the country, advanced technologies will be widely introduced in sectors of the national economy and new economic relations will be formed. Social and humanitarian-cultural spheres will receive further dynamic development.

The candidate then answered questions from the audience. During the dialogue with interested voters, topics such as realizing the potential of small and medium-sized businesses, implementing import substitution programs and increasing exports of domestic products, digitalization of the economy, urban planning policy, and addressing priority tasks outlined in the National Program for the Social and Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052, were touched upon.

Thanking those present for their trust, B. Meredov assured that if he is elected to the highest state post, he will direct all his strength, knowledge and abilities for the benefit of the Motherland and people.

Representatives of the velayat's electorate, who spoke during the meetings, noted that the candidates' election programs reflect their desire to contribute in every possible way to the progressive development of our Fatherland in a new historical era. At the same time, active participation of the population of the region in the current important socio-political campaign was also emphasized, which indicates a truly democratic basis for the upcoming March 12^th presidential elections in Turkmenistan.
