In order to encourage the winners of the competitions organized in the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state annually in April on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.
The document prescribes to award on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan the winner of the horse races, which will be held among the mentor riders in April 2025, with a white Toyota Fortuner passenger car, manufactured in 2023.
