Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held the regular online working meeting with some deputy-chairmen of the Cabinet, khyakims of the capital and regions.

For discussion issues of social and economic development of the capital and regions, fulfilment of seasonal agricultural work, countrywide preparation for the national tree planting campaigns were put on the agenda.

The head of the state, opening the meeting, gave the floor to khyakim of Ashkhabad city R.Gandymov and deputy-chairman of the Cabinet Ch. Purchekov who supervises the affairs of the capital.

The head of the capital administration reported on the state of affairs in the chief city of the country, undertaken measures on maintenance of cleanliness and its further accomplishment, rates of construction of various projects and preparation for the winter season.

In connection with approach of the winter season, the head of the state charged the khyakim of the capital to keep an eye on issues of maintenance of uninterrupted functioning of the heating systems, the co-ordinated activity of public utilities.

With the account of its high status Ashkhabad should show in all areas an indicative example, including accomplishment and creation of optimum comfortable conditions for life of people, introduction of advanced, including digital technologies, and ecological aspect, the President of Turkmenistan underlined, having given the deputy-chairman and the head of the capital administration a number of concrete commissions.

Then deputy-chairman of the Cabinet Ch. Purchekov reported on the activity of structures he supervises, the measures undertaken for maintenance of building of projects at high level, uninterrupted supply of electricity and heating during the winter period, and also development of chemical industry.

Then the online working meeting proceeded with participation of deputy-chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiyev who supervises agriculture, and khyakims of regions.

Khyakim of Akhal region Ya. Gurbanov was the first to be given the floor by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

He informed that the winter wheat sowing was completed in due time and work on watering and care of wheaten fields with effective utilisation of machines and equipment now are carried out. Thus, a great significance is given to observance of agro-technical standards.

Along with it, he reported on accepted measures for timely and qualitative fulfilment of the work planned according to the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan on social and economic development of the country for 2019-2025» and the National rural development program. It, in particular, concerned the state of affairs on building sites in the region and realised measures on perfection of social infrastructure in places.

Speaking on rates of cotton-picking campaign, the leader of the nation emphasised that in a number of districts of the region they fall behind and specified in necessity of effective utilisation of modern agricultural machinery. Having underlined that all the work in agricultural fields of the region should be carried out according to recommendations of scientists-landowners, the head of the state gave the khyakim and the deputy-chairman corresponding commissions, including ones on gathering to the last box of the harvest of "white gold».

Corresponding orders were given to the head of the regional administration on preliminary preparation for the autumn tree planting campaign to be held on November 6 in the region.

Further khyakim of Balkan region T.Atahallyev reported on the work carried out in the region, first of all on successful completion of wheat sowing, organised conduction of important agricultural campaign – cotton picking and other agricultural crops, in particular, potato and sugar beet, and preparation for tree planting.

Having developed on priority directions of social and economic development of the region within the government programs, the President of Turkmenistan gave concrete instructions on timely commissioning of various projects, the building of which should be conducted with the account of shown high requirements.

The following at the digital working meeting the report was delivered by khyakim of Dashoguz region N.Nazarmyradov on the state of affairs in the region, and the work carried out according to agro-technical standards for the accelerated gathering of cotton, care after winter grain and preparation for significant dates.

He also reported on the work conducted within the Program on social and economic development of the country for 2019-2025 initiated by the head of the state and the National rural development program, providing radical restructurings.

The building of various projects and preparation for tree planting actions are under unrelenting control.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also noted that it is necessary to pay special attention to definition of place of planting and quantity of saplings of green plantings within the limits of autumn tree planting works planned for November 6.

Generalising the previously mentioned, the leader of the nation pointed out that all undertaken and planned measures in aggregate will promote performance up to the mark the goals designated in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan on social and economic development of the country for 2019-2025».

The digital working meeting proceeded with the report of khyakim of Lebap region Sh.Amangeldiev. The head of the regional administration reported on completion of wheat sowing in the planned terms, conducted seasonal field works - the accelerated gathering of cotton and maintenance, according to norms agricultural technicians, due care of shoots of winter wheat with a view of reception of future rich crops.

He also reported on actions for preparation for the national tree planting campaigns in which course in specially allotted places saplings of trees and grapes will be planted.

Reporting on the solution of the tasks set by the Program on social and economic development of the country for 2019-2025 and the National rural development program, the khyakim reported on the state of affairs at new building sites of the region where their construction is carried out with the account of all shown requirements.

The head of the state underlined that it is necessary to carry out in target dates the agro-technical actions necessary for manufacture in sufficient volume of winter vegetables, including potato, with a view of uninterrupted maintenance of the population with fresh vitamin production, and also gathering of the rice harvest grown in the region.in short terms and lost-free.

Further khyakim of Mary region D.Annaberdiev reported on the state of affairs in the region, including in the agricultural branch, realisation of the accepted government programs directed to improvement of level and quality of life of people.

The leader of the nation focused attention on issues of maintenance of wheat fields with irrigation water in sufficient volumes, introductions of modern methods of irrigation in agriculture proceeding from natural -environmental conditions of each region.

Concerning tasks of social and economic development of the region for future, the President of Turkmenistan gave the khyakim concrete commissions on strict control over steady implementation of the National rural development program, and also realisation in the region plans on tree planting, including definition of places of planting and species of green plantings.

The leader of the nation also noted that it is necessary to supervise carefully quality of projects erected in the region and their commissioning according to the established schedule.

Further, the working meeting proceeded with the report of deputy-chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiyev. The deputy-chairman reported on the course of seasonal field works, measures on acceleration of rates of cotton-picking harvest season and summarising of sowing of winter wheat in regions of the country.

In the course of "white harvest season», having used favourable weather conditions, with a view of harvesting in the shortest terms combines, machines for transportation of cotton, ginneries and reception points work in an uninterrupted mode.

Regular work on satisfaction of demand of the population for various agricultural production is conducted. Thereupon necessary measures are carried out to gather rich rice harvest in Dashoguz and Lebap regions and also autumn sugar beet in Balkan and Mary regions.

In the fields of the country, the gathering of autumn potato, vegetables and other agricultural crops that will provide food abundance in the country is conducted.

The deputy-chairman reported on the work carried out to prepare for the national tree planting action.

The work carried out in the agro-industrial complex these days to gather rice, sugar beet and other vegetables also takes a priority place among tasks facing the branch, the head of Turkmenistan continued his word. In this connection, with a view of creation of food abundance, all-the-year-round supply of the population by autumn species of potato both another fresh vegetable and gourds and fruit production in the country leader of the nation of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded to provide proper reception and storage of above-named production according to the established requirements.

Having noted that it is necessary to approach rather responsibly to conduction of the national tree planting campaign, the President of Turkmenistan demanded the particular attention to be given to preparation of the lands and condition of saplings, maintenance of the appropriate organisation of the forthcoming large-scale action.

The head of the state also assigned him to prepare the plan of measures of conduction of the harvest holiday at high level. In these celebrations nobleness of peasant work, achievements of our farmers, including successes of cotton growers should find reflexion, the leader of the nation said.

Summarising results of the online working meeting, the head of Turkmenistan noted importance of the issues considered in it, having designated among the priorities facing agro-industrial complex, development of manufacture of high-quality agricultural products, rational use of land and water, improvement of agricultural trade and strengthening of food abundance in the country.

Concluding the online working meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished its participants big successes in their work for implementation of large-scale transformations in the name of happiness and well-being of our people and further economic growth of our sovereign Fatherland.
