Ten new nine-story buildings will be built in the capital's Parahat-7 residential complex

In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028, create comfortable conditions for living and recreation of the population, as well as further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of Ashgabat in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing ministries, departments and the hakimlik of the city of Ashgabat to conclude contracts with local construction enterprises for the design and construction of modern 4 nine-story residential buildings with 36 apartments each, 4 nine-story residential buildings with 54 apartments each in the capital's Parahat-7 residential complex and 2 nine-story residential buildings with 72 apartments each with landscaping of the surrounding areas.

The document stipulates that construction work should begin in May 2024 and the facilities will be fully ready for operation in September 2026.
