President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference working session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of the regions and Ashgabat. Social and economic issues, course of agricultural campaigns as well as preparation to holidays have been reviewed at the session.

First, the head of the state has called Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. Durdiliyev, who is in charge of the capita, and head of Ashgabat city administration Ya. Gylyjov.

The head of the capital’s administration has reported on the situation in the main city of the country, preparation to celebration of the 30^th anniversary of the country’s independence and 140^th anniversary of Ashgabat, construction of facilities planned to be opened. The information about preparation to summer season has also been presented.

The head of Ashgabat’s administration has informed that as per proposal of the city hall and public organizations, ecological actions, under which the movement of transport except public buses and taxis would be limited from May 10 to May 25, 2021, has been started in Ashgabat on occasion of the 140^th anniversary of the capital.

Having listened to the report, the head of the state has focused on the necessity to put all efforts to organize the events on occasion of the 30^th anniversary of the capital and 140^th anniversary of the capital on high level.

Speaking of coming summer holiday season, the President requested to pay special attention to organization of relative recreation zones for children, to make conditions for their interesting and beneficial holidays.

Vice-premier Sh. Durdiliyev has reported on the situation at construction sites of the facilities planned to be opened in honor of remarkable dates in the capital and regions as well as presented the drawings of the projects of Ashgabat city to the head of the state for review.

Having listened to the report, the President focused on provision of high quality and compliance of the schedule of construction of anniversary and other facilities according to time requirements and gave relative instructions to the vice-premier on this regard.

Having studied the presented drawings of the project of Ashgabat city, the head of the state made number of remarks and corrections.

Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has called Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev, who supervises agricultural complex, and heads of regional administrations.

Head of Ahal region Ya. Gurbanov has informed on current agricultural works on the region, construction anniversary facilities and preparation to coming holidays.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has requested to organize work in the region according to time requirements paying special attention to uninterrupted operation of all systems.

Highlighting the importance of proper care of winter crops, improvement of land fertility by irrigation and mineral fertilization according agricultural standards, the President gave relative instructions.

The head of the state noted that together with works in the fields carried out these days, it is necessary to continue preparing to coming sowing campaign bringing harvesters, vehicles and reception facilities in proper operational conditions in order to conduct this important agricultural campaign on organized level and in short period.

Speaking of organization of works for care of cotton fields, the President ordered to perform such works in strict compliance with agricultural standards. In addition, to improve food abundance of the country, it is necessary to try and produce generous yields of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops. In this regard, the head of the state pointed out the importance of measures for provision of uninterrupted water supply to the fields and rational water use.

The head of the state has given instructions for fulfilment of contractual obligations for production of silk cocoons as well as construction of social and production facilities.

Further, head of Balkan Region T. Atahalliyev has reported on the situation in the region.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that together with care of the cotton, it is necessary to provide timely agricultural activities on the fields under wheat as well. It is necessary to prepare harvesters, transport and reception facilities to coming grain harvest season.

Relative instructions were related to improvement of land fertility and rational water use, introduction of advanced technologies to production, production of rich yields of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.

The head of the state highlighted that it is necessary to control the issues related to production of the silk warm cocoons. The importance of implementation of the programs of social and economic development and construction of various facilities has been noted.

Video conference working session has been continued with report of the Head of Dashoguz Region N. Nazarmyradov who informed about the situation in the northern region of the country.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that timely completion of agricultural activities in the fields is a guarantee of good future harvests.

Having noted that special attention is paid to provision of food abundance and increment of production at present time, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov requested to take care of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.

Relative instructions have been addressed in regard with work for fulfilment of contractual obligations undertaken by silk producers. The head of the state highlighted the importance of timely completion of construction of facilities, which opening is timed to the 30^th anniversary of the country’s independence.

Further, Head of Lebap Region Sh. Amangeldiyev has reported on the situation in the region.

Measures undertaken for organized conduct of coming celebrations and the Week of Culture, which would be held in Lebap Region in June, have been presented to the head of the state.

Having listened to the report, the President highlighted the necessity of timely completion of all planned agricultural events and gave instructions for provision of high production capacity of agricultural equipment.

The head of the state has also noted that it is necessary to approach the care of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops, fulfilment of contractual obligations for production of silk cocoons with responsibility.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has requested to hold under control the situation at the facilities built in the region, at which the works have to be carried out in strict compliance with set schedule and use of eco-friendly materials.

Speaking of the Week of Culture, which is traditionally timed to the Day of Cultural Personnel and the Day of poetry of Magtumguly Fragi, the head of the state ordered to prepare and to hold all planned events on high level.

Further, head of Mary region D. Annaberdiyev has reported on the situation in the region.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that it is necessary to pay special attention to such issues as improvement of soil conditions of the fields, rational use of water and land resources, improvement of production of agricultural crops.

Having noted that provision of the population with various food production is the main objectives of national agricultural complex, the head of the state gave instructions for increment of production of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.

Turkmen leader has demanded to hold the production of silk cocoons under control.

Certain instructions have been given for improvement of the quality of construction work, timely commissioning of the facilities in honor of the 30^th anniversary of independence and preparation to coming celebrations.

Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev has reported on the situation in agricultural fields of the country, integrated measures for care of cotton and other crops as well as on work for timely and organized conduct of the wheat harvest.

Special focus has been made on the measures for improvement of water provision in the country and provision of rational use of water resources in agricultural complex. The report on work of existing hydro facilities and construction of new units has been presented.

Having listened to the report, the President addressed the vice-premier with number of certain instructions. Speaking of improvement of water provision in the country and provision of rational water use, the head of the state has demanded to carry out these works based on study and implementation of advanced achievements.

In this context, the emphasis has been laid on the necessity of timely cleaning of canals for provision of uninterrupted water supply to the fields, control of proper operation of hydro facilities and pump stations as well as compliance with timely commission of new facilities in the regions.

The head of the state highlighted that all seasonal works have to be carried out in strict compliance with agricultural standards for strengthening of food abundance. It is necessary to hold under control the care of the cotton and to prepare to the cotton harvest.

Further, addressing the participants of the session, the President has focused on the necessity of activation of work for the formation of ecological culture in the country. In this regard, the head of Turkmenistan has noted the importance of ecological actions using such beneficial transport for health as bicycle.
